Walk and talk: ease the mind and refresh the soul

Over the year-end festivities the structure of life often suffers with school out, shops only half-open and businesses only ticking over. Getting back into the full flow of life in January is tough. What better time than to go for a long walk and talk with a friend, colleague or loved one.

Relaxation: learn to remain still

Stillness is very powerful.

Thank you to the mothers who have brought together a happy Diwali, Christmas or any other festival in your culture on top of their normal family duties.

Thank you to friends who have just been there for you, to laugh and cry with you.

Thank you to the children who have brought joy and love into your life even if it also brings you challenges. read more
