Crystal expert, Judy Hall, gives a basic primer on crystal skulls, what they are, where they are found, their role in legend and their uses in physical and psychic healing.

As a relative newcomer to the world of crystal skulls, I found this book a fascinating mix of a walk through history with really workable and easy to understand suggestions on how to start to work with them. It is an extremely good read. I thoroughly recommend it. —Stephen Chapman, former President, College of Psychic Studies, London

Personally I have never been overly comfortable with crystal skulls. I do not know where this fear has come from, childhood stories of pirates or an ancient memory from former civilisations. This book allayed my fears and peeked my curiosity. So much so that I have bought a rose quartz skull and started to work with it.

Judy’s book is an excellent guide on the history of skulls, how to choose one, cleanse it and awaken it. She then explains in simple terms how to work with your skull. Even if you do not intend to be a skull keeper, it is an excellent read and will broaden your view on crystals.

Judy is the skull keeper for a number of skulls but the ones she speaks of with particular fondness are Horace and the dragon Morganna.
