The Secrets of 3 types of love

Love comes in many shapes and forms

Whenever anyone speaks of love, they are often referring to romantic love between two people. I believe that love is infinite and can come in many forms. If romantic love was the only form of love, it would be quite exclusive and in limited quantities. It would be a hard world with only this type of love available to give and receive.

Fortunately for us love comes in many forms – parental, family, friends, pets, yourself. All of the important people in your life are available for you to love. In my view love is infinite and the more of it in your life, the richer it will be. Some people believe that you cannot possibly love a step or adopted child as much as a biological child. I disagree with this view. I think the choice is yours to decide how much you open your heart to love a person. read more

Needing some extra love?

Feeling in the need of an extra hug and some love?

The perceived wisdom is that you should be able to love yourself and not have to rely on someone else to provide the love in our life. I find this hard or perhaps I lack the imagination to know how to love myself. So I will let you into my secret on how to boost the love in your life.

When I was training as a medium, our teacher asked her students to feel the love attached to some cards she had received from friends and family and to read the messages, When someone sends you a card their love attaches to it and arrives with card on your door mat. read more

There is much talk about the world entering the age of Aquarius which will bring much change. To me, we seem to be a world in change already. The pandemic paused the world’s population for many months bringing about changes in where people wanted to live and how they wanted to work. Change has continued at a brisk rate with war in the Ukraine demanding nations speak to each other and collaborate, the economic ripple from the war is causing financial challenges in public services, companies and for individuals. read more

2022 has brought in lots of change for all of us.  On the world stage political leaders are changing, war, worries on inflation and the cost of living, even Mother Earth is feeling change.  There is much debate on whether there is climate change in process but it is a fact that glaciers and the artic ice is melting.  So, something is changing whether we like it or not.

As individuals we may not be able to influence events on the world stage.  However, your reaction to these events is affected by your state of being.  read more

Secrets of understanding yourself

From my earliest years I happily chatted to someone inside of me not knowing who they were. Knowing no difference, I assumed everybody else did too. Many children do the same until they are seven when the practice seems to fade. I was a sickly child and spent much of my time in bed. A simple cold would send me to bed for a week to wait for my immune system to kick in. Bored and a little lonely, I kept my practice of chatting to my internal friend going throughout my growing up and into my adult years. read more
