Is it time to break up with a painful relationship?

In a relationship that does not satisfy you any more?  Have you thought what it would take to return it to a healthy relationship, and are you both prepared to put that energy into it?

If the answer is no, perhaps the relationship has run its course.  You have moved on and your partner is not right for you any more, but that is alright.  You once loved this person and perhaps still do, but you are just not right for each other now.

Now might be the time to move on from the relationship.  Kindness never brought anyone any harm.  So in the parting remember to be kind to each other and to yourself.  A relationship is always a win:win as you will have learnt so much from it.

Part with gratitude for all that you have learnt.
